The original HCR (Home Condition Report) was to incorporate an EPC; this is no longer the case with a HCS (Home Condition Survey), however if one is required then as an HI (Home Inspector) I am qualified to carry out the report as separate document or include it in an HCS.

The EPC is still a mandatory part of the house selling process despite the demise of the HIPs (Home Information Pack) programme.
